After working closely with Bicton College on several projects, including the tremendously well recieved EaRTH centre, we were approached by the college to create some proposals for a conversion of a property on the college's grounds into staffing facilities and office space. 

Using sketch work and coloured plans, as well as elevations, we prepared mixed proposals for the school to utilise and gave options to move forward towards a planning application.
