We are thrilled that our application for 18 stunning new holiday lodges just inland from Praa Sands, Cornwall has been submitted and is now in its determination period.
The project features spacious accommodation for a variety of family sizes, with outdoor terrace areas surrounded by wildlife and nature, including local wild flowers and feature planting. The lodges will be a peaceful, tranquil setting to relax and unwind, whilst being a stones throw from some of the UK's best waves.
Designed to nestle into the surroundings, the lodges feature natural sedum roofs and low profiles within their immediate surroundings, to ensure no impact to the view of the countryside around the site.
