Planning Permission Granted in Ide

We are thrilled to see that planning permission has been granted for 10 dwellings in Ide, Devon. After a long process of design perfecting, the stunning scheme will comprise of two full barn conversions, with 8 new homes distributed across three blocks.

The design is to invoke that of a farmstead, with randomly assorted sized structures, giving a natural and utilitarian feel to the area.

Working with the developers agent, Deloitte, permission was attained earlier this year.
