This month marks the 10 year anniversary of The EaRTH (Environmental and Renewable Technologies Hub) at Bicton Agricultural College's Home Farm.
A landmark project for TFQ, close coordination was required across numerous trades to provide this BREEAM 'Very Good' facility to educate and innovate in renewable/environmental construction.
Including features such as exposed elements of wall construction to show best practice and advanced heat retention/recovery systems in place, the project was completed in 12 months and was opened by the then Secretary of State for Education, Michael Gove.
We were thrilled to be able to offer our design services for this project and we wish the centre all the best for the next 10 years of delivering outstanding sustainable learning facilities.
